Our law firm is based in Pordenone, a city situated in the north eastern part of Italy, not far from Venice. We can assist you in legal matters in Italy and/or with Italian parties. In our Italian law firm there are English speaking attorneys that advise clients on civil and commercial law (for instance: dispute resolution, contract law, agency, distribution, debt collection and recovery, bankruptcy, real estate, landlord-tenant law, family law, divorce). Our team of lawyers is dedicated to find specific solutions for your case and to seek amicable solutions, if possible, in order to mitigate risks and reduce costs of judicial proceedings.
In Italy the word "avvocato" means a qualified attorney at law or solicitor that can practice nationwide. There is no equivalent in our legal system as the difference between solicitor and barrister, or lawyer and attorney at law. As a law school graduate, after obtaining a training contract - a two-year traineeship with a law firm - we passed the "esame di stato" (bar exam).

Avvocato (Rechtsanwalt) Cristina Zanetti absolvierte das Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität von Bologna. Während des Studiums, hat Cristina Zanetti für zwei Semesters in Stockholm Jura studiert. Nach dem Abschluss kam die italienische Rechtsanwältin in Berlin, bei der Humboldt Universität Grundkenntnisse im deutschen Recht zu lernen.
Darauf folgend hat sie die Rechtsanwaltsprüfung erfolgreich in Trieste abgeschlossen und schrieb sich in die Anwaltskammer von Pordenone.
